Steak on a Stone
It's very rare to find a unique eating experience that is worth the value. There is only so many hibachi performances you can enjoy. But during my travels for work, I found something that I truly enjoy; enough to make a visit to the restaurant almost every trip. Cavaleiro's is in Lowell, MA. The experience? The Steak on a Stone.

It's exactly what it the name state; it's a steak on a stone. A raw filet mignon comes to your table on a hot stone and you cook the tender filet to your liking. You can cook it medium-rare like I like it and you can make the steak pieces as small or large as you like. The Portuguese dish comes with three tasty sauces but to be honest, but as a simple man, I don't think they are even necessary. The filet is very high quality and contains amazing tastes; I usually don't think filet mignons are worth the price at restaurant but this is definitely worth it.
It comes with potatoes and green beans that help feed your hunger while your steak is cooking and can help you clear your palette between sauces.
Service is a bit slow but the steak on the stone is something food lovers have to try.
