Travel Trouble
One of the best things about working on travel is the food. Every night can possibly comprise a great meal that may include steak or seafood and the only obstacle is choosing the restaurant. But after a while, it becomes an issue, an health issue. Significant increase in food intake, reduced physical activity means extra weight. How can I tell? The most obvious is the amount of effort to put on my work belt to the same notch every morning. While I haven't gained THAT much weight, I have started to muffin out a bit even with my high metabolism. And with that, I have started running on the dreaded treadmill on a regular basis... I really do miss playing volleyball in the Fort.
But I know I've been eating healthily, with sufficient water and fiber intake, based on my bowel movement. I have been on a hot streak of clean #2s with only the need of the courtesy wipe just to verify cleanliness.
It is odd how much a belt can affect one's appearance. I forgot my belt one day last week and I felt like I was committing some sort of fashion sin.
One of the worst parts about travel. The slow Internet.
