Good Night

As I look at my life from a higher perspective every night, I remind myself of the little things that keeps me happy and smiling. For example, the fact that the McRib is coming back is probably going to make me optimistic for weeks (At least until the limited time is over). Because without the little things, what do you have? I guess the big things?

One little thing that has always brought me happiness is saying and receiving "Good night". It may seem silly to you but there is a special feeling from those words to me. Maybe because I grew up saying good night to my grandmother and parents every night. I truly am thankful for my grandmother and parents for enforcing us to say it every night. Because of this I think there is an association of respect with saying good night that I don't associate with just "Bye" or "Good Bye". Maybe I'm just crazy. What better way to end a night than with a "good night"?
