Jelly Belly Flops

A few months ago my wonderful brother bought me 12 pounds of Jelly Belly Jelly Beans that included 49 flavors. It was made me curious why it wasn't a even 50 flavors so I did some searching. So, I found out that there are 50 Jelly Belly Flavors but I felt it necessary to determine which flavor was left out; it was the chili mango. But I couldn't figure out if it was excluded to make the flavor more exclusive or it was left out because of the lack of positive feedback from customers. Hopefully I get the opportunity to taste chili mango in the near future.
While looking at the Jelly Belly website, I discovered the wide market Jelly Belly has created for itself. Products range from what you expect (Sugar-Free, All-Natural (Color and flavor), Sour, Snapple/Soda flavors) and areas you wouldn't expect (BeanBoozled (where disgusting jellybeans appear to be other flavors), Energy Beans (I think the creators of DragonBall should take credit for this), Tabasco Jelly Beans (NEW!), and even JellyBeans for special occasions like Valentine's and weddings).
So but this time, you are possibly craving to go out and buy jelly beans. First, you want to make sure you get Jelly Belly's (I guess I could respect people that buy Starbrust Jelly Beans too...). It may be a good time to go to your brick-and-mortar store since they may have post-Valentine's Day sales still (encompassed by Easter sweets by now). If not, Jelly Belly is having a 50% off sale on Valentine's Day on their website include conversation jelly beans! I have half of what I received from my brother left so if you like to send me more, that would be well appreciated!
And if you go to their website you may notice this:

Ever wonder what what happens to the mis-manufactured Jelly Belly's? Well, the mystery is solved! They sell them as Belly Flops which may be the most appropriately named candy in history. And on their website these jelly beans are 50% off the "perfect" jelly beans; supposedly they don't lack in flavor. So what better way to teach children that it's not about how something appears but what's on the inside than to give them Belly Flops? It could possibly teach that being different builds character and it's more fun being different.
I wonder how many pounds of Jelly Belly Jelly Beans each player on the Sacramento Rivercats Baseball team receive per year. Do they chew on jelly beans instead of gum, tobacco, or sunflower seeds?
